Description
The Project Manager/Senior PM is responsible for:
- Working with the PX, directly reporting to VP of Construction
- On-site daily at the Medford project location ($130M Podium Style)
- Overseeing & managing large scale Multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction
Profile
The right candidate will have:
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
- Experience as a PM on large scale Multifamily projects around $100M
- Procore, Building Connected, MS Suite
- Motivation to grow/expand their career
- Strong understanding of construction technology and details - must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
