Description
- HIRING ASAP: Multifamily project in Weston MA valued at $100M
- Leading project in Weston MA - onsite daily
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site
- Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete
- Working with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction
- Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure
Profile
- Experience leading luxury wood-framed multifamily projects - ideally multi-million
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Superintendent with a GC or builder/developer
- Excellent track record professional references
- Great attitude & team-player mentality
- A passion for construction and joining a team of like-minded individuals
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Construction Technology, or related field (preferred)

Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
