Description
Construction Project Manager - White Plains, NY
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project progress reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage project changes and negotiate as necessary
Profile
Construction Project Manager - White Plains, NY
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction
