Description

The Construction Sr. Project Manager - Civil Projects Up To $50M will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage civil, utility, and water/wastewater projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality to meet client expectations and company standards.
• Utilize Procore, B2W, and Primavera P6 to track progress, manage documentation, and report updates.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to address challenges and align on project goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all job sites.

Profile

The Successful Candidate Will Pocess:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil or ground up construction projects, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
