The Construction Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Public Projects is responsible for:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Manage ground-up public works projects such as water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and large parks/athletic fields.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, fostering professional growth and team development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and project reports to ensure financial targets are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain seamless execution.
- Contribute to long-term company strategy and leadership transition planning.
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 8 years of project management experience with waste water / public projects
- Proven track record of mentoring teams and managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, safety standards, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with Procore or Bluebeam
- strong leadership and communication skills
- A desire to grow within a stable, family-owned company and contribute to its long-term success.
Job Offer
The Construction Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Public Projects will receive:
- Base salary up to $175K
