Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to coordinate workflow and problem-solve on-site issues.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and subcontractor coordination.
Profile
The ideal Superintendent will have:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality.
