This is a 6-month contract that is fully 5 days in the office but has the ability to be a long term engagement. This consultant will be responsible to review and create internal reports to support any risks regarding their individual business lines, products and services. This consultant will also prepare monthly reports, assist the head of the department with monitoring and reviewing marketing programs and assist with conducting branch compliance.

Our client is a large, foreign, International Bank. With it's full-fledged services, our client specialize in corporate lending, international trade services, treasury business, U.S. dollar clearing, retail banking, correspondent banking and various other lines of business
Description
- Review and create internal reports to support any risks regarding their individual business lines, products and services.
- Prepare monthly reports, assist the head of the department with monitoring and reviewing marketing programs and assist with conducting branch compliance.
- Utilize the Consumer Compliance Management Program
- Prepare any monthly reports and send all sensitive information to the head of the department
- Assist with conducting branch compliance assessments
- Monitor and track any information with both internal audit and regulatory exams
- Continuing the education of the regulatory compliance space
- Participate with any management meetings and assist with any addresses consumer and regulatory compliance issues.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 years within financial services, with a focus on consumer regulatory compliance
- Experience reviewing policies and procedures
- Experience with regulatory exams
- Ability to utilize excel
- Exposure and understanding knowledge with Community Reinvestment Act regulations
- CRCM is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required
Job Offer
This is a 6 month contract with the ability to be a long termed engagement. The client is offering a market hourly rate and is looking to identify a candidate within the next week!
