Description
- Support the Corporate Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) Program - Assist in the execution and oversight of the CRA process across the organization.
- Coordinate with Entity CRA Teams - Act as a resource to ensure proper execution of risk assessments within the GRC tool.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Reviews - Conduct QA checks on completed risk assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Update Compliance Policies & Procedures - Assist in maintaining and enhancing CRA policies based on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Enhance Training Materials - Refresh and improve CRA training content for the 2025 execution, incorporating methodology changes and lessons learned.
Profile
- Experience in Compliance & Risk Assessment - Prior experience supporting or executing Corporate Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA) within a financial institution.
- Regulatory Knowledge - Understanding of U.S. banking regulations and corporate compliance program requirements.
- Project Management & Coordination - Ability to collaborate with various business units and manage compliance-related initiatives.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Expertise - Experience performing QA reviews of compliance risk assessments or similar processes.
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills - Ability to engage with stakeholders, present findings clearly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
