Description
- As the Director of Finance and Accounting you will oversee the entire accounting and finance department operations.
- Manage the Accounting and Finance team.
- Direct financial planning and budget management functions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Optimize the use of Procore and QuickBooks in financial processes.
- Implement and maintain financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

A successful Director of Finance and Accounting should have:
- Degree in Accounting or related field, CPA would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Procore and QuickBooks.
