Job Description
As a Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and managing the on-site construction of a large-scale luxury multifamily project.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and the internal team.
- Responsible for resolving issues on-site promptly and proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent or equivalent on multifamily projects.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain good rapport with all levels of the team and clients.
- Proficient in Procore, Building Connected, and MS Suite, with adaptability to new environments and challenges.
- Able to work on-site 100% of the time at the project location.
