Description
Guide & Develop: Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns to foster a strong, skilled team.
Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain high construction standards while prioritizing a safe work environment for all.
Interpret Plans: Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
Track Progress: Keep detailed daily reports, including photographs, to document site activity.
Collaborate with Inspectors: Build strong relationships with local inspectors and code officials for smooth approvals.
Secure Final Approvals: Oversee all required inspections to ensure projects obtain final permit sign-offs and certificates of occupancy.
Profile
Ground up experience with K-12 or Higher Education projects.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Expertise in Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, and Mixed-use projects-prior experience in any of these sectors is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams for peak performance.
