Job Description
- Oversee all stages of site construction from project initiation to punch list completion.
- Guide and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and / or Interns as designated.
- Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Record daily job site activities through comprehensive reports, including photographs.
- Foster a cooperative relationship with local inspectors and code enforcement officials.
- Secure all necessary inspections to obtain final permit sign-offs and certificates of occupancy.
- Ground-up experience with K-12 or Higher Education projects.
- Experience in Healthcare is required , Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, and Mixed-use projects is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience with exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized and a natural motivator; adept at prioritizing tasks; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in evaluating staff strengths and weaknesses, providing training to enhance personnel and disciplined methodical thinker.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.
