Description
As an EHS Manager you will:
- Develop & Maintain EHS Programs: Collaborate with engineering to create a world-class safety and environmental program.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Manage permits, reporting, and monitoring to meet all regulatory requirements (local, state, federal).
- Manage Safety Training & Inspections: Conduct regular safety/environmental inspections, implement corrective actions, and oversee safety training programs.
- Provide Technical Support: Serve as an EHS technical resource for various departments (engineering, sales, manufacturing).
- Participate in Cross-Functional Initiatives: Contribute to LEPC meetings, quality audits, and production improvement discussions.

Requirements for an EHS Manager:
B.S. in Engineering/Science (Safety, Chemical, Environmental).
2 years EHS Engineering experience.
Regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA).
Strong communication/team skills.
