- Implementing and improving New Product Introduction (NPI) governance processes.
- Developing and aligning strategic objectives with company initiatives.
- Reviewing project status reports and addressing issues as needed.
- Creating cost models and using them to guide project recommendations and decisions.
- Managing the Site PP Budget, ensuring revenue goals are met and controlling capital expenses.
- Overseeing large programs, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 5-6 Pre-Production members.
- Sharing expertise with internal teams and coordinating with Sales and Technical resources.
- Collaborating with Operations and Engineering to develop Technical Responses and Manufacturing strategies.
- Creating and communicating detailed Project Plans with key activities and deliverables.
- Identifying task dependencies and resolving any gaps or issues.
- Maintaining a list of activities and responsible personnel to ensure proper tracking.
- Working with functional management to ensure deliverables are supported.
- Structuring discussions and decision-making to foster effective teamwork.
