Description
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including earthwork, utilities, roadways, and infrastructure components.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure optimal terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of heavy civil construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
