The Associate Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will handle the daily data processing and entry of employee lifecycle events (such as hires, separations, transfers, and changes in data and pay) using the Workday HR System.

Description
- Accurately and promptly processing employment-related data in Workday, including new hires, status changes, compensation updates, transfers, promotions, leave, terminations, and corrections.
- Collaborating with Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure seamless and accurate employee data management.
- Extracting, formatting, and manipulating data in Excel to generate ad-hoc and recurring reports, sharing these with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing employee records and files using DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and uploading/storing documents in the Workday system.
- Overseeing and auditing legal data, such as I-9 forms and legal names, to ensure compliance.
- Conducting audits of HR systems data and implementing necessary updates.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of training documentation for global employee training.
- Utilizing various technologies and software, such as Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, to support HR functions.
- Learning, interpreting, and communicating HR processes and procedures to a global team.
- Delivering excellent customer service to employees.
- Working independently and proactively identifying opportunities for team support and process improvements.
