Human Resources Business Partner- Manufacturing

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Manufacturing will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership, providing HR guidance and support to drive business results. The HRBP will work closely with plant leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations.

Description

• Designing & Implementing HR strategies alongside the Global Director of HR & Plant Manager
• Lead employee relations
• Assist in the interviewing process for leadership positions
• Create career progression for current employees
• Development of compensation incentive and recognition program to attract and retain employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., compensation, benefits, learning & development) to meet plant needs
• Develop & implement employee engagement activities
• Assist with Training
• Coach and support supervisors and managers on performance management, development planning, and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree
• 8-10 years of HR experience
• 5 years in Business Partner role
• Exposure to Manufacturing Company
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication

Job Offer

• Base salary of up to $155,000 ( based upon level of experience)

Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
