Description
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
