Description
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale commercial projects from groundbreaking through completion.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Oversee scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and cost management.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
Mentor and develop field staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
Profile
10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects, preferably in the $200M range.
Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification and relevant construction management certifications are highly desirable.
Local experience in the Miami market is a significant advantage.
