Job Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Ownership over leadership development programs
- Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify training needs
- Coordinate and manage training budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest learning methods, tools and trends
- Create reports on training activities and results
- Foster a learning culture within the organization
- 5 years of L&D experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies
- Experience with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
