Description

• Develop and implement strategic legal recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, associates, and staff.
• Coordinate and manage the summer associate recruiting process for the DC office from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the human resources department to improve recruitment methods.
• Lead and participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Participate in professional development and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local recruitment laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful Legal Recruiting Manager should have:

• Proven experience in Legal Recruiting or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree.
