Seeking a detailed and proactive Legal Recruiting Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates in the Legal Space. The ideal candidate should be adept at evaluating candidates for legal roles, building relationships with law schools, and organizing recruitment events.

Our client is a boutique Law Firm based in midtown Manhattan, recognized for its dedication to providing top-tier services. They're a very progressive firm that prides themselves on being both 'new-fashioned' and 'old-fashioned'.

Description

• Drive the firm's campus recruitment efforts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with law schools and legal professionals.
• Coordinate and organize recruitment events and initiatives; high-volume interview scheduling and feedback collection.
• Manage the firm's Summer Associate Program; event planning, RSVP tracking, etc.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of the firm's ATS.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results.

Profile

A successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:

• A strong background in recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• 3-6 yoe in the legal recruitment space.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with educational institutions and professionals in the legal field.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
