Description
- Oversee the company's management accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial analysis and forecast activities.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize financial processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Coordinate audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

A successful 'Management Company Assistant Controller' should have:
