Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee the Package Engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
- Guide and support the team in implementing electronics package design strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve product quality.
