About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Michael Page. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of our rental fleet, ensuring that builds are completed to design specifications and quality standards are met.
You will work closely with the Operations team to develop relationships with key vendors, initiate and research innovation and improvement ideas, and participate in monthly warranty and project reviews to identify common failures within the fleet.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain safety awareness and compliance at all times, ensure the required PPE for each task is utilized, and attend weekly safety talks with production.
