Description
Oversee multifamily construction project manager projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and safety regulations.
Lead project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and all project stakeholders.
Profile
5 years of experience managing construction projects (multifamily or commercial TI preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
