Description
The ideal Superitendentr will:
- Oversee, manage, and actively participate in assigned project activities to achieve objectives within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Analyze product designs to ensure adherence to engineering principles, company standards, client requirements, and applicable drawings and specifications.
- Review construction specifications and establish procedures based on project start and completion dates, as well as staffing needs for each phase.
- Develop and approve job forecasts to support effective project management.
- Examine project specifications to ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with all requirements and standards.
- Assess proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with client and designer needs, as well as compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Drive project profitability by managing start-up processes, tracking budgets, updating schedules, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Handle all aspects of owner billing and collaborate closely with accounting. Accurately report monthly cash flow in a timely manner
Profile
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is required
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Procore, Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
- Must have wood frame ground-up Multifamily project experience
- Must be skilled at a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
- Must be client facing
- Must have strong communication and organization skills
- Garden style multifamily is a requirement
Job Offer
