Description
- Develop and execute a strategic manufacturing plan that aligns with company objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards across all manufacturing facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and performance in production.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product development teams to align manufacturing capabilities with market demands.
- Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Develop and mentor manufacturing leaders and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and innovations to enhance manufacturing efficiency and competitiveness.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic execution and operational excellence.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Experience managing global or multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
