Description
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee capital projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant goals with broader business objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in plant management, production, or operations leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance standards.
