Description
- Project Planning: Define scope, budget, timeline, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare and update cost estimates, analyze bids and quotes.
- Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternatives.
- Scheduling: Develop preconstruction schedules and coordinate with project teams.
- Contract Management: Assist in contract preparation and negotiation.
- Permitting: Oversee the permitting process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Design Review: Ensure design documents meet project specifications.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients and provide updates.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Profile
- 3 years experience with a general contractor in an estimating or precon role
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
- Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
- Construction software proficiency

- Excellent communication skills
