Job Description
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality print designs for product packaging, labels, marketing collateral, trade show materials, and point-of-sale displays.
- Ensure all printed materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Prepare and package print files accurately and efficiently for production, including color correction, proofing, and ensuring proper formatting.
- Work closely with print vendors to confirm specifications, resolve production issues, and ensure the final output meets quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, print techniques, and materials to incorporate innovative ideas into the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough reviews of printed materials, identifying and addressing potential issues before production.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in print production design, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and print production processes.
- Experience preparing files for a variety of print methods, including offset, digital, and large format.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
