Description
Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup
- Assess processes for efficiency and develop improvements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment reliability and system performance
- Conduct process simulations and troubleshooting
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Comply with industry safety and quality standards
- Manage cost and time constraints

Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Chemical manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Proficiency in process simulation software
- Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
