Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Managing all aspects of engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Implementing new technologies and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Developing project specifications and performance standards to meet customer requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team.
- Participating in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintaining a high level of quality control for all projects.
- Continually evaluating processes and methods, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in using project management software.
- 3 years of experience.
- A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 - $110,000.
