Description
- Assist project managers and superintendents with planning, scheduling, and coordination of data center construction activities.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and procurement logs to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Analyze project documentation and ensure adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate on project budgeting, cost tracking, and change management.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, preferably on mission-critical or industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
