Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Overall management and success of multiple construction projects
- Essentially managing a business on own island, no micromanaging but support there when needed
- Client facing - present, sell, and wow the client
- Establishing & maintaining strong relationships with architect, engineers, vendors, building reps, subs, project owner, owner's tenants and all parties involved in the project
- Preconstruction, budget, scheduling, solicit pricing, change orders, procure materials, vendor selection, purchasing
- All aspects of project financials & project reporting, invoices, approve or negotiate payments as needed
- Review of bid docs and procedures, review of vendor and sub qualifications, review of final estimates, labor and material takeoffs, etc.
- Project close out documentation including submittal of all warranty info, affidavits, record drawings, final payments, releases & accounting related docs
- Ensuring final payments are received from client and appropriate invoices are paid to subs
- Reporting to Head of Ops
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5 years of GC project management/cm experience
- Proven success leading $20M Corporate Interiors, Fit outs/Build outs, Tenant Improvements projects, Ground Up
- Must have scheduling & budgeting experience
- Skilled in decision making and financial analysis
- Organized, excellent communicator, team player, great interpersonal skills
- Eager to build/grow career
- Willing to jump in and roll up sleeves if need be
- Bachelor's in Construction-related degree (preferred)

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
