Description
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data center projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.
- Implement the client's innovative Plan Control methodology to drive efficiency and safety.
- Manage risk assessment, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence.
Profile
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in mission-critical sectors.
- Background in general contracting with tenure at reputable GCs (not developers or owners).
- Experience with ground-up construction projects, ideally $250M .
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
