Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up construction projects valued between $1M-$30M.
- Supervise on-site superintendents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and quality control.
- Visit project sites as needed (travel about once a month for a few days).
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Familiarity with self-storage, grocery, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Procore, Sage 300, and related software.
- A collaborative leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel out of state as required.
