Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial construction projects.
- Manage bid processes, including subcontractor and supplier engagement.
- Collaborate with the preconstruction team, including the VP of Preconstruction and estimators, to develop competitive proposals.
- Track project costs and maintain thorough documentation.
- Occasionally participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships and support project planning.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
- Experience with self-storage, retail, grocery, or other commercial sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Sage 300.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
