Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.
Description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of luxury multifamily projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, including progress updates and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project design and specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Profile
- 10 years of experience managing luxury multifamily construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in project management software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
