Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely project completion
- Manage field staff, enforcing safety standards and company policies
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve construction-related issues on-site
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones
- Ensure proper documentation, including project reports, change orders, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M
- Strong knowledge of local Massachusetts construction practices, architects, and subcontractors
- Ability to oversee multiple teams and ensure smooth operations on complex projects
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software (a plus)
