Description

Quality Engineer:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Conducting inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and root causes of defects, and developing strategies to mitigate these issues.
• Participating in the development and review of product specifications to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the design phase.
• Training and mentoring production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Managing non-conformance reports and coordinating with suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Ensuring that all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with regulatory requirements.
