Description
- Manage a team of property managers and report into senior level leaders and investors.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of properties.
- Coordinate and manage leasing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs on properties.
- Prepare and manage budgets for properties.
- Conduct property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs.
- Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Profile
A successful Regional Property Manager should have:
- Experience working in the affordable housing space is essential as is LIHTC experience.
- Proven experience in property management or similar role.
