Description
Assist the project management team with scheduling, procurement, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
Track RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation to ensure timely execution.
Maintain organized records and support communication between field and office teams.
Attend on-site meetings to track progress and relay information to stakeholders
Monitor deadlines and deliverables to keep the project aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
Profile
- 5 year's experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in project management software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
