Description

• As the Senior Finance Manager-Supply Chain you will oversee the financial operations of our supply chain segment.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
• You will own the P&L across our industrial supply chain segment.
• Evaluate and create robust pricing strategies.
• Lead financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in our financial supply chain operations
• Coach and develop finance team members.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Manager-Supply Chain should have:

• A strong understanding of financial operations in the industrial manufacturing sector, specifically across supply chain.
• A degree in finance or related field, and MBA is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases such as Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary : $155,000 - $190,000
