Job Description

• Lead a team responsible for financial forecasting, variance analysis, and consolidation for the company, providing insights to leadership.
• Partner with Investor Relations to develop materials explaining financial results during quarterly earnings processes.
• Create presentations for Board members, Executive Committees, and company-wide events such as town halls.
• Drive revenue and cost-efficiency initiatives by understanding business economics and influencing key business decisions.
• Develop financial projections to support planning, investment decisions, and new product development.
• Provide financial analyses and strategic advice to leadership on pricing, investments, and product offerings.
• Oversee budgeting, short- and long-term forecasting, and revenue / expense driver analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with business partners to develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Continuously improve processes and create models to support long-term profitability and business decisions.
• Perform detailed competitive analysis to provide strategic insights.

The Successful Applicant

• A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in people management and team leadership.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis skills with the ability to lead strategic business initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership, presenting financial data, and influencing decision-making.
• Ability to drive process improvements and create models that influence long-term business decisions.
