Description
Oversee and manage K-12 renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between the client, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Work closely with superintendents, estimators, and other project stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve project challenges.
Profile
8 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of public school construction requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proven track record of managing projects in the $5M-$15M range.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other industry-standard software.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
