Job Description
- Work directly to create and iterate timely and engaging content that champions brand voice and focus
- Ideate and execute in-house brand content to supplement production efforts : social media series, event activations, trending creative, founder & behind the scenes content
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to help ideate, develop, and test content quickly
- Own community management on social channels (Direct messages, comments, and other relevant posts), maintaining brand voice leaving all inbound interactions better than they started
- Organize and get approvals for use of organic UGC content that could be used in organic or paid social media
- 3 years experience in social media
- Experience in the footwear or fashion industry is a plus
- Proven ability to take projects from high-level strategy all the way through to execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, planning, and analytical skills
- Team player willing to work in fast-paced startup environment
