Description
- Provide L1/L2 support coverage, resolving user inquiries, and handling production incidents with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Assist in coordinating and managing disaster recovery (DR) flips, ensuring efficient transitions and minimal downtime.
- Support Tidal jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve issues to ensure application stability.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to support various applications, including Broadridge apps, Murex, Smartloan, and Loanet.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES 3-DAYS ONSITE IN ISELIN, NJ!
Profile
- 10-14 years of experience in application support, with a focus on settlement, collateral, and regulatory reporting for FI/EQ and derivatives products.
- Experience with Broadridge BPS and Fixed Income products is required (there are no exceptions to this)
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, Linux, and Windows environments, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in managing user access reviews, audit reviews, and identity management (IDM) processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple ongoing issues effectively.
