Description
- Oversee daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects ranging from $10M - $20M.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site safety compliance.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and General Superintendent to ensure project success.
- Lead site meetings, inspections, and problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track.
- Utilize Excel, Procore, and CAD (preferred) to track progress and report updates.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents or Project Engineers assigned to large-scale projects.
Profile
- 10 yrs of construction experience, with a strong background in ground-up commercial projects ($10M - $15M ).
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure site safety & quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Procore, and CAD experience (preferred but not required).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic-culture fit is just as important as experience.
