Overseeing electrician apprentices and journeymen electricians on institutional, industrial, and commercial electrical jobs

Scheduling their assigned tasks in phases and ensuring that all needed parts, materials, and components have been properly installed for the completion of the job

Ensuring the highest safety standards in cooperation with Design's safety department

Effectively communicating with those under their supervision as well as project managers and the executive team

Viewing and tracking project reports

Maintaining all paperwork relevant to their jobs using computer assisted programs
